The twin condor image is taken from an Aguada culture painting dating from around 600 AD. We have adopted it as the trademark of Vinos Tabolango to evoke the spirit and character of the land from which the wines are born.

The Chardonnay, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for our wines are produced in San Juan, at Finca los Alamos and neighbouring properties. The terroirs have well-drained areno-argillaceous alluvial soil, ideal for the production of wine grapes.
